VHS Kahloucha is Néjib Belkadhi’s first feature documentary film and a warm tribute to the singularity of amateur Tunisian filmmaker Monceh Kahloucha. Belkadhi follows and films Kahloucha as he creates and shoots his most recent feature Tarzan of the Arabs.
